Your No-Nonsense HR Bestie. Here to Help You Navigate Work With Confidence

Who Is MyHRBestieUK?

Hey Bestie 👋 I’m Kelly, a seasoned UK-based HR professional with over 10 years of experience helping employees, jobseekers, and employers decode the drama, the jargon, and the real talk behind workplace life.

I’ve sat in countless boardrooms, handled sensitive grievances and pushed back (hard) on bad management. But what really lights me up? Making sure you understand your rights, your options, and your worth at work.

Whether you’re dealing with workplace stress, navigating a tricky manager, or trying to land that dream role—I’ve got your back.

Why “Bestie”?

Because HR can feel cold, robotic, even scary. But it doesn’t have to be. Think of me as your HR bestie: the one who explains what’s really going on, answers the questions you’re too nervous to ask, and gives you tools to move forward—with receipts.

This isn’t your bestie that you go to for warmth and cuddles to feel good, this is your bestie that gives you the cold hard truth. If you don’t know what you’re really dealing with, however hard it may be to hear, you aren’t going to give yourself the best chance of success.

I blend real HR expertise with real talk—because you deserve more than vague corporate speak and “just have a coffee” advice.
